This tree I can see from my front door. All the money in the world couldn’t buy this. Its in the center of a town square and the the buildings are arranged so the top of the tree’s canopy catches the morning sun first. It’s just magical.

Here are few pics I took at Blue Springs state park a while back and one of a friend that owns a nearby food truck. Perfect post for such a cold day and snow being expected.

The first photos with the Fuji X100VI. So far – impressed. I do want to thank KEH for helping me through the years, especially Arthur Zebrak. (Exposure 1 in the parking lot of KEH camera and Autiemae my blue heeler, Wren my mother's therapy dog).

The next chapter. The path of simplicity begins today for me. I have my faith, dogs, banjo and camera. If I am saved it is by the power of repentance and an undying faith in God. The past is the rearview mirror, I shall seek the light moving forward.
47 years ago my father bought me a camera for my 13th birthday. I picked out a camera strap he said “ looked hippie”. I still have it and am forever grateful to him starting my journey of photography.
