Several years ago I drove a motorcyle from southern Arizona up to Alaska. I traveled light, sleeping bag, small tent, water filter and a hiking stove. I cannot reccomend this enough if you have the time and ability to do this. Below are a few photos from that trip and the book I read along the way.

When I first saw her she was a young she gave me a look from behind a counter in her father’s house One of fear, curiosity of being vulnerable because of what I am to her. “be careful” he said she still looks at me that way vulnerable, curious. imagining her I draw and paint holding things she’s given me this is love fmoment one.
